How we handle your details
Short version: we only collect what you type into the free audit form or send us by email, we use it to prepare your audit and talk with you about it, and we don't sell it.

This policy covers the Realo website and the free audit form on it. Realo is an owner-led SEO agency that works with home service businesses in the United States. We've kept this page short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll explain.
What information do we collect?
Only what you send us. Through the free audit form that's your name, business name, website address, email address, your trade and main city, plus your phone number and a note if you choose to add them.
If you email us directly, we also receive your email address and anything you write in the message. We don't ask for payment details, passwords or logins through this website.
How do we use it?
- To look at your public website and prepare your free audit.
- To email you the report and answer your questions.
- To follow up about the audit. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we'll stop.
- If you add a phone number, we only call you about your audit, and only if email doesn't work or you ask us to. We don't send marketing texts.
- To keep a simple record of who asked for an audit and when.
We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
Who else handles your information?
We use a small number of outside services to run this website and handle your request:
- Formspree receives the form when you press send, keeps a copy in our Formspree account and emails it to us. See the Formspree privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Our email provider stores the emails we send and receive.
- Website checking tools. To build your audit we check the public pages of your website with software tools, some of which use AI. These tools need your website address, not your contact details.
Does this site use cookies or tracking?
No. This site doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this page first.
Because this site doesn't track you, and doesn't let third parties track you across other websites, it doesn't change how it works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
After you press send, you may briefly see a Formspree confirmation page. That page is run by Formspree and covered by their policy.
How long do we keep it?
We keep audit requests and related emails for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep basic business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we're required by law to keep something. When we delete it, we delete it from our inbox and from our Formspree account.
What are your choices?
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Just email us. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, you may have extra rights under that law, and we'll help you use them.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
The form is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we keep access to your details limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send anything sensitive through the form.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
